Training & Development
Our structured 8-week alloy training programme is designed to take your practical, hands-on experience and turn you into a highly skilled Alloy Technician.
From day one, you’ll work within a team that prioritises standards, consistency, and quality, with clear guidance, support, and expectations throughout.
For those transitioning from the Armed Forces, this programme offers a supported route into a civilian trade, building on existing skills and applying them in a new environment.
