There are a number of reasons that your tyres may need changing:

  • Tread Depth - The legal limit in the UK for tread depth is 1.6mm but you should ideally change them before they reach this point to ensure maximum safety and performance.

  • Damage - Your tyres can be subject to a lot of wear and tear on the roads, from bulges and cuts to sharp objects embedding themselves that necessitate replacement.

  • Age - It is recommended that your tyres be replaced every 5-10 years regardless of condition as the rubber can degrade and crack or split.

If you are unsure whether it is time to replace your tyres or need help choosing the right tyres for your vehicle, our team is always on hand to assist!
