About the Role
We are a growing family-run wheel refurbishment business seeking a highly capable Executive Administrator to work directly with company Directors.
This role sits at the centre of the business, supporting operational coordination, communication flow, and high-level administrative processes across multiple departments including operations, finance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator support to Directors
Manage complex diaries, scheduling, and priority coordination
Act as gatekeeper for inboxes and business communications
Produce reports, documents, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) based tracking
Take meeting minutes and manage action tracking
Liaise with solicitors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Support operations and finance teams with structured admin processes
Manage confidential documentation and sensitive information
Track expenses, procurement, and internal reporting
Coordinate internal meetings, events, and cross-department activity
Support customer service operations (calls, bookings, scheduling)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or Executive Support roles
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
High proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
Experience with diary management and inbox/email management
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Confident working directly with Directors and senior stakeholders
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive, structured, and solutions-focused approach
