As we rapidly expand our partnerships with major dealerships and prep centres, we’re looking for a motivated Mobile SMART Repair Trainee Technician to join our tight-knit, family-run team.

This is a Subcontractor role, giving you the unique opportunity to take full control of your earnings! The harder you work, the more you earn. With a steady stream of work provided by our growing partnerships, your earning potential is truly in your own hands.

The best part? You don’t need to be an expert yet. While experience in vehicle cosmetics is a bonus, we are primarily looking for passion and potential.

We offer a comprehensive 3-month bespoke training programme designed to turn you into a specialist. We’ll invest in your skills, teaching you the "premium standard" of repairs so you can build a career with real longevity.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Assessing & Restoring: Identifying and repairing minor dents, scratches, and bumper scuffs.

• Preparation: Sanding and filling imperfections to create a flawless canvas.

• Artistry: Expertly mixing and applying paint to achieve a factory-fresh finish.

• Efficiency: Meeting dealership timelines while maintaining our signature high-quality standards.

• Management: Keeping your mobile workshop and equipment in peak condition.
