Diamond Cut Wheels

Here at RS Wheels Refurbishment Ltd, we are thrilled to be a part of the few companies out there who can offer repairs on diamond cut alloys. With our CNC cutting machine, we can refurbish diamond cut wheels within 2-3 days.

We offer a range of custom wheels such as; candy’s, pearlescent and Luminous colours. Just get in touch and we can give you an instant quote

Loan Wheels

When having a full refurbishment on all four of your wheels we can offer free loan wheel service so you are not without your vehicle whilst we work on your alloys. This does not include when you choose a same day turn around slot, if damage (curbing) occurs charges may apply.

Collection and Delivery

Choose our collection and delivery service to make it more convenient for you. We will come to your home/work address remove your alloys and either leave your car safely on axle stands or put you loan wheels on your vehicle. On completion we will also place your wheels back on your vehicle at a small cost depending on the distance.

The Process

Full refurbishment

Collection and delivery (available on request) or you can visit our Sheffield workshop.
Loans wheels fitted free of charge if you are having a full wheel refurbishment on all four of your wheels*.
Wheels are removed from the vehicle and tyres, weights and valves are removed too.
Alloys are dipped into a chemical stripping bath to remove all current paint, dirt and grime bringing the alloy back to the bare aluminium.
After chemical stripping, the wheels are washed and put into the preparation system where all corrosion and damage is repaired and treated and then the alloys are shot blasted to ensure the alloy is clean again.
Next, the wheels go through a comprehensive three-coat oven process. This includes both powder and water-based products that are applied to ensure the perfect colour is achieved - which can be back to the manufacturers colour coding, one of our standard colours or a striking custom colour of your choice.
If your alloys are having a CNC diamond cut finish at this stage is where your alloy will be placed on to our in-house lathe
Alloys are then lacquered to a finish of your choice, this could be high-gloss, satin or matt finish.
All our wheels are quality assurance checked by an experienced team member before your tyres are balanced and re-fitted to your vehicle (if applicable).

Prices start from as little as £35 a wheel exc vat, For your free no-obligation quote you can contact us using our on line form or WhatsApp and send in pictures of your wheels, especially any damaged bits or scuffs, along with a small description of what you would like for example gloss black, so we can give you a guaranteed price. We offer full refurbishments or smart repairs. At this stage, a team member will also talk to you about our current turnaround times and book you a slot.
